Free Enterprise Plot
Benefits to joining Natasha's takeover of Free Enterprise:
- Stuff. Look, everybody likes stuff and Free Enterprise can get stuff. Although Natasha won't be able to get everything for everybody for free, the entire purpose of her takeover is to ensure that people get the things that they want/need without having to empty their bank account. Having an in with her is definitely beneficial.
- Protection. She's trying to do a good thing, here, and she knows that those who are helping her are putting themselves at risk. To help Free Enterprise is to accept the protection of Natasha Romanoff and everything that she has in her (limited) power. Don't expect her to cover your ass if you do something remarkably stupid, but she'll do everything she can to avoid her colleagues from getting threatened in any way.
- Feel Good Fuzzies. The entire purpose of this is to help those who can't help themselves. In Natasha's eyes, this is the first step to making sure that Alpha is a place where people can feel safe and comfortable. It's a good thing to be a part of (in her opinion.)
- Reformatting The Society. Once Nat gets her fingers into Free Enterprise, she'll be changing a lot of things. FE will no longer be giving out loans, because she's not going to allow anyone in the Secret Society to become a loan shark, but she'll be offering protection to those who need it from other Secret Societies, even to those not a part of FE. Things like illegal fighting rings and profit sources based on risking the safety of others will be removed.
THE FRONTMAN
Derek plays the role of Natasha's front man in Free Enterprise to keep her true identity a secret from all those who may wish to do her harm. It's well known within Free Enterprise that Derek isn't the true Head Honcho, and he never refers to Natasha by her real name when speaking to others within the Enterprise. It's a well known fact that Derek is one of the very, very few who knows Natasha's true identity and speaks to her in person regularly. Because of this, it's assumed that he is under her protection. Anyone who reports him will have to deal with the boss's retaliation, which makes him a powerful player in Free Enterprise. Her right hand man.

THE CONTACT
As a high ranking Alpha official that Natasha trusts, Steve has become her contact on the inside. If anybody in Free Enterprise does anything to harm or take advantage of anyone else, they'll find themselves on Steve Roger's doorstep. Since Natasha is trying to give off the impression that Free Enterprise no longer exists after she takes over, a false report of Treason will be provided with the unsavoury fellow before he's handed over to make sure his indiscretions cannot be traced back to Natasha or her Secret Society. Steve is the only ally that Natasha hasn't actively recruited or asked for help; he doesn't have much of a choice in the matter.

THE TECHIE
It takes a lot of work to keep a Secret Society hidden from The Computer, and this is a war fought with codes and numbers. This person would have a very close relationship with Natasha either directly through her or through The Frontman. Whenever somebody is in trouble or something is reported about them that has ties to Free Enterprise, Natasha asks The Techie to hack into systems and keep their name clear on all lists. The Techie can also be responsible messing with shipment records and personal files if needed. Because there's so much that this job can entail, multiple Techies may be needed.

THE ACCOUNTANT
Free Enterprise moves a lot of money, most of which goes to helping those who are underprivileged in the Complex. The Accountant is responsible for making sure that the funds go where Natasha needs them to go without getting traced by The Computer or any troubleshooters who may notice large funds being moved. This is a dangerous and private role, which means that whoever takes it would most likely be in contact with Natasha directly and under a heavier level of protection from Free Enterprise than most.

THE MUSCLE
Anybody who is trying to make the lives easier of the less fortunate in Alpha Complex are bound to run into trouble, and although Natasha can take care of herself, she can't possibly protect the entire Society by herself. She needs people who are willing to get their hands dirty, from threatening those who are trying to take advantage of others to reminding those who are trying to take advantage of FE who is in charge. Several people can be used to fill this role.

THE TRANSPORT
You can't provide essentials to people without someone who is willing to transport them. These are people who will run product to and from location, the true backbone of Free Enterprise. Everybody who takes one of these roles will be under Natasha's protection, and will be escorted by someone in The Muscle division if they feel uncertain or unsafe of their surroundings.

THE NURSE
Those who are involved in a less than legitimate Secret Society are bound to get hurt, and although not all of those injuries might be serious, Natasha would want someone who she and her team could trust to patch them up. She could have her own facility for things like this with the medical equipment necessary, but she's no nurse herself and she wants to make sure that her people don't get questioned or put at risk for Treason if they have to get medical attention due to something that happened on the job. She would also offer these services to people who aren't a part of FE but need medical attention. This position can be filled by several volunteers.
